All bookings must be made online. You can view the step-by-step guide here, and when you’re ready you can visit our booking engine!

You may book up to 8 days prior to your desired date and time. You can even make a new booking during your current timeslot in order to extend your time at that hitting bay, if applicable. If there is a booking scheduled right after yours is due to end, you are unfortunately not able to do this. 

Yes, you may cancel your booking up until 24 hours before your scheduled booking time and you will be given a full refund. In order to do this, please send us an email to Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking time are not eligible for a refund.

All major credit card providers, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express etc. For a full list of available payment methods, please visit the Stripe official website. Sorry, no Bitcoin (yet).

No. Although our booking engine has the calendar publicly exposed, no private information will be published to it.

If you haven’t received a booking confirmation email within an hour of making a booking, please reach out to us at and we will help.


We recommend roughly 45-60 minutes per player. This should give you ample time to finish the round, but if not you are able to extend your booking easily and not lose your progress.

You can extend your booking by another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, you cannot save the game and re-start it at a different bay or later date.  

Absolutely. You may switch between playing a game and hitting the range at any time during your session.

Yes, you can set it to automatic 1 or 2 putt on the green or even within a certain distance (3m, 6m, on the green etc.). Follow this step-by-step guide to turn off putting. 

Yes, you can use your own balls. However, we do recommend using our specially marked balls, as they will provide the most accurate data for your swings.

No. You will need to bring your own golf clubs. 


When you make a booking, you will be sent a booking confirmation email which contains Access Key. All you need do is click on this button when you’re standing beside the main door and the door will unlock. You will have five seconds to open the door. If you don’t open it in time, simply click the button again! For more information, visit our step-by-step guide here.

You are able to unlock the door at any time from five minutes before to fifteen minutes after your scheduled booking time. 

The plaza has ample free parking.

You can reach out to our customer support email and we will assist you. If you feel threatened or unsafe, we advise you leave the premises and contact us for more support. Our facility is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and our staff are routinely on site.

You are able to enter the facility until 15 minutes after your booking has ended. If you are unlucky enough to miss this time window, then please reach out to our customer support email and we will work with you to return the item. If it’s a time-sensitive issue, you could make a new booking to re-enter the facility.
